Swiss born Deeter Hastenteufel is a well-known artist international and in Canada, where he has lived for 39 years now. Hastenteufel studied at the Werkkunstschule in Krefeld, the Werkkunstschule Wuerzburg and the Staatliche Akademie der Bildenden Kuenste in Stuttgard among other schools. Ever since his arrival in Canada Hastenteufel has worked as an Arts-educator parallel to persuing his artistic career. With over 40 Solo-exhibitions and twice as many Group-shows he is very well versed to teach absolute beginners as well as the advanced in how to use a variety of media
